Inside the sanctuary of the Adivarapupeta temple. Doing puja (worship) to the idol of Goddess Parvati Devi. Shortly after he completed twelve years of tapas, meditation in samadhi, Shivabalayogi installed two forms of God at the place where he completed his spiritual austerities. One form is the naturally formed linga which he named Ardhanarishwara Swami. Ardhanarishwara is a name of Lord Shiva (God in the form of a yogi) meaning "both male and female." The other form is a statue of the Divine Mother, Goddess Parvati. When he completed his twelve years of tapas, both Shiva and Goddess Parvati physically merged into Shivabalayogi.
