The Dhyana Mandir (Meditation Temple) some time after Shivabalayogi completed tapas.

After tapas, devotees constructed an ashram building adjacent to the Mandir which could serve as Swamiji's residence.  Having vacated the Mandir, he was able to install a Shiva linga and a statue of the Divine Mother in the place where he had sat in tapas for almost ten of his twelve years.

The Dhyana Mandir became the temple at the Adivarapupeta ashram.

It remained in this form until 1994 when it was carefully demolished so as not to disturb the linga and Goddess.  A new, much larger temple was constructed in its place.

The site of the old Dhyana Mandir is now the inner sanctuary of the new temple.
